Team alerts is a feature which allows team managers to customise who in a team needs to be alerted about new and updated incidents via push notification and sms.
You have control over what notifications you receive from the Spotlight app. Follow these steps to customise your own notification preferences:
- Open the Spotlight app
- Tap 'More'
- Tap 'Settings'
- Select whether you wish to receive push notifications for new and updated incidents
- Select whether you want to receive sms notifications for new and updated incidents.
- Repeat steps 1-5 for every team you are a member of.
